THE HISTORY OF THE COMPANY

The science behind Revalife® was developed by the doctoral work of Dr. Solomon T. Garner at the University of Georgia (UGA) in collaboration with his advisor, Prof. Anthony Capomacchia, now retired.  Dr. Capomacchia suffered from severe osteoarthritis for which other pain relief products were unsatisfactory.  The formula that eventually emerged from their research ultimately resulted in our effective product.

Dr. Charles W. Hofer, (former CEO) was the Harvard educated Regents Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at UGA, a co-founder of the International Nutraceutical Company of America (INCA), and the driving force behind getting Revalife® to market.

The University of Georgia obtained the patents for the new technology and licensed them to our company, for which Dr. Garner was also a co-founder.  Dr. Hofer’s unexpected passing was an emotional blow, but due to his foresight, the continuity of the company was insured by staffing INCA with highly qualified people with relevant technical backgrounds.

Today Dr. Garner (PhD, Pharmacy) is our Director of Product Development.  Our COO is Dr. F. Russell Denton (PhD Chemistry, MBA and JD). Our new CEO is Mrs. Judith R. Millner-Hofer, (M.S. Physiological Psychology, MBA Finance and Accounting). We have now added an additional technical expert, and we continue to develop and test related products. We also interact with other independent evidence-based drug development companies to enhance our current product.

WHO WE ARE

International Nutraceutical Company of America (INCA) aims to bring break-through evidence-based drugs to the market, including natural drugs, that outperform in their category.  We focus on products whose benefits are backed by scientific studies.  Our ingredients meet strict criteria for purity and consistency, and our formulations are prepared in GMP (good manufacturing practice)-certified facilities that meet FDA standards.

All of our staff members have relevant technical backgrounds with advanced credentials, including in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, naturopathy, and physiology.  We also brainstorm with a handful of other independent evidence-based drug development companies.

Our early focus was on markets related to the relief of pain associated with osteoarthritis.  However, based on positive feedback from athletes, we are currently tailoring products to aid in the physical maintenance of the body and recovery from sports injuries.  In addition, as a result of inquiries, we are also developing products for veterinary use.
