How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover and PayPal or Personal Checks – Just select your method of payment at checkout when placing an order.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Absolutely! Revalife® is hosted on a secure server and uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 3.0 technology to process orders. SSL is the industry standard today for secure commerce transactions. All of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, is encrypted so that it cannot be read by anybody but you as you input the information at the checkout.

How do you handle my private information?

At Revalife® we protect your privacy as if it were our own. We dislike junk mail, spam, and telemarketers as much as you do, so when you order from us, all of your information is kept in complete confidence. We use the information you provide to us for the following purposes only: to process your order(s), to reply to your questions, provide our newsletter via email, and to incorporate your feedback into improvements to our Website. We will not give, sell, or rent your personal information, including email address, or specific account activity to anyone for any reason without your prior consent except as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

We are required to charge Sales Tax of 7% on taxable items shipped within the state of Georgia, Currently, out of state purchases are exempt from our sales tax. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate any necessary tax at the checkout.

What Shipping do we use?

We use  the United States Postal Service
We use First Class Mail – 2 to 5 Days total delivery time depends on the destination.

Regular Shipping & Handling is included in the sale price.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Not at the moment, but we plan to include this feature in the future.

Where are Orders Shipped From?

All orders ship from Dunwoody, Georgia USA.

What About Military Orders: APO, FPO addresses?

We are able to ship to our military customers. All Military orders are shipped by USPS First Class Mail. US mail to the various military addresses can take anywhere from one to six weeks for delivery. The United States Postal Service does not have tracking available for military orders.

How Much Will My Shipping Charges be?

During the order process, you will be given a correct total with the cost of shipping.

How are my shipping costs determined?

The shipping cost is included in the price of the product and is based on a flat rate in the continental US.

Can I Track my Order Online?

Yes, all orders come with the tracking code, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.

Will a Signature Be Required to Receive my Package?

We do not typically request a signature for deliveries with the exception of large orders.

Do Packages Ship out on Saturday or Sunday?

• Mail orders that are cleared by Friday 5:30 PM EST will be shipped on Monday.

• Online orders placed after the cutoff times usually after 5:30 PM EST on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

What if I don't receive my package?

If you receive a notice from the USPS indicating that they were unable to deliver your package (for whatever reason), they expect YOU TO CALL THEM and arrange for them to either re-deliver your package, or for you to go to the post office to pick it up. 
 
DO NOT WAIT. You have 10 days to contact the UPSP to make arrangements for re-delivery. If you do not respond within 10 days, you will be sent a second notice. After a second notice, you have only 5 days to contact them or your package will be returned to the sender. If that should happen, you will be charged postage to send it out the second time.

 

Do You Accept Returns?

Yes, we do accept returns if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will issue a full refund or replacement. However, if there is a problem with your order, please let us know and we will do what we can to make it right. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
